Why should you read it?

Shook One anxiety playing tricks on me is a really dope book. Charlemagne (author and host of The Breakfast Club) gives some insight of how anxiety affects him and the community around him. He talks about the importance of mental health and seeking help. I would recommend this book to anyone who struggles with anxiety and asking for help. (Caution: beware of some vulgar language!)
